IT പ്രാക്ടിക്കല്‍ പരീക്ഷയുടെ ഡപ്യൂട്ടി ചീഫ് എക്സാമിനര്‍, ഇന്‍വിജിലേറ്റര്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ക്കുള്ള പ്രതിഫലം തീരെ അപര്യാപ്തമാണ്.രാവിലെ 9.30 മുതല്‍ 4.30 വരെ 7 മണിക്കുര്‍ ഡ്യൂട്ടി ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരുന്നു.വീണ്ടും ഒരു മണിക്കുറെങ്കിലും വേണം അതാതു ദിവസത്തെ ഡേറ്റകള്‍ ബാക്ക് അപ് ചെയ്തു പെന്‍ ഡ്രൈവിലേക്കു മാറ്റി സൂക്ഷിക്കാന്‍.

PLACES -> HOME FOLDER തുറക്കുക
VIEW -> SHOW HIDDEN FILES -> തുറക്കുക
അപ്പോൾ വരുന്ന FOLDER-കളിലെയും FILE-കളിലെയും, പേരിനു മുന്നില് ഒരു കുത്ത് (.) ഉള്ള എല്ലാം DELETE ചെയ്യുക.
സിസ്റ്റം RESTART ചെയ്യൂ
NB: എല്ലാ സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയർ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളും ഇങ്ങനെ പരിഹരിക്കാം

നിങ്ങളുടെ ഓപ്പണ്‍ ഓഫീസി വീഡിയോയിൽ രണ്ടാമത്തെ ചോദ്യത്തിന്റെ ഉത്തരം ചെയ്തു കാണിക്കുമ്പോൾ അതിൽ lookup function ഉപയോഗിക്കുനത് കാണിക്കുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് എല്ലാ വിഷയത്തിലെ മാർക്കുകളും കൂട്ടി total കാണുന്നതിനു sum function ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു കാരണം ഒന്ന് വിശദീകരിക്കാമോ?
