വിവിധജില്ലകള്‍ക്ക് ക്രമപ്പെടുത്തി നല്‍കിയ സമയക്രമം തെറ്റിച്ചതിനാല്‍ സെര്‍വ്വര്‍ജാം ഉണ്ടായതായ വിശദീകരണം.

ReplyDeletein sampoorna strength in the new site, only division wise strength is given, not year wise, that means, if there are students remaining in divisions in the previous year's divisions, those also appearing in this year's division strength. So the software should be modified to show only this year's strength ie, eg: strength of 8c2014-2015 instead of 8c. So pls inform to check this problem.

ReplyDeleteTwo years back, there was direction to enter students in sampoorna,
ReplyDeletebut sampoorna TC was not compulsory, so the students, particularly, in
std X, may be remained in sampoorna software in that year. This
students also appear in the strength in sampoorna fixation site. As
now the instruction is to remove only belated students, the earlier
students also would be in the site and the fixation would be confused,
this will delay the process of fixation.
this is only a suggestion and if it is not acceptable, ignore this.
Sixth WD Statementല്‍ സമ്പൂര്‍ണ്ണ Synchronize ചെയ്തശേഷം തുടര്‍പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ ചെയ്യുന്നതായിരിക്കും ഉചിതം. സമ്പൂര്‍ണ്ണയില്‍ ഒരേ ക്ലാസ്സിന്റെ ഡിവിഷനുകള്‍ വ്യത്യസ്തഫോര്‍മാറ്റിലാണെങ്കില്‍ Synchronize ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുമുന്‍പായി തിരുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. 6th WD Statementല്‍ നല്‍കാത്ത ഡിവിഷനുകളുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ അതും പ്രശ്നമാകാനിടയുണ്ട്.

ReplyDeleteഇടതുവശത്തുള്ള മെനുവിലെ Entry Form EID എന്ന ബട്ടണ്‍ ക്ലിക്കു ചെയ്ത് ഓരോ ക്ലാസും division wise സെലക്ട് ചെയ്ത് കുട്ടികളുടെ 28 അക്ക ഇ.ഐ.ഡി ടൈപ്പു ചെയ്ത് ചേര്‍ക്കലാണ് പിന്നീട് ചെയ്യേണ്ട ജോലി. ഇപ്രകാരം ഇ.ഐ.ഡി ടൈപ്പു ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ തെറ്റ് സംഭവിച്ചാല്‍ Edit EID പ്രൊവിഷന്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് തെറ്റ് തിരുത്താവുന്നതാണ്.

ReplyDelete2011 ജൂണ്‍ മാസത്തില്‍ അധിക ഡിവിഷനില്‍ ജോലിയില്‍ പ്രവേശിച്ചയാളാണ് ഞാന്‍. നിയമനാംഗീകാരത്തിനായി കാത്തിരിക്കാന്‍ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട് വര്‍ഷം മൂന്നാകുന്നു. 2010ലെ ഉത്തരവില്‍ 2011ലേയും 2012 ലേയും അധിക ഡിവിഷനുകളില്‍ നിയമനം ലഭിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ദിവസക്കൂലിയേ നല്‍കുകയുളളുവെന്നും എന്നാല്‍ 2013-2014 വര്‍ഷം മുതല്‍ നിയമനം അംഗീകരിക്കുമെന്നും പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. ഈ ഒരു കാര്യവും പറഞ്ഞ് കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം ഡിസംബര്‍ മുതല്‍ എത്രയെത്ര വെബ്സൈറ്റുകളിലേക്കാണ് ഉറക്കമിളച്ചിരുന്ന് നല്‍കിയ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ തന്നെ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും നല്‍കിയത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷത്തെ തസ്തികകളും 2010-2011 അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ത്തുടരാന്‍ തീരുമാനം വന്നത് കണ്ട് ഞെട്ടിപ്പോയി. ഇത്രയും വലിയൊരു സംവിധാനത്തിന്റെ വാക്കിലും ഉത്തരവിലും പ്രതീക്ഷയര്‍പ്പിച്ചു നിന്ന എന്നെപ്പോലുള്ളവര്‍ നിരാശരാണ്. സാമ്പത്തികപ്രതിസന്ധി പരമാവധി മറികടക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമമാണെങ്കിലും ഞങ്ങളുടെ കുടുംബത്തെയൊക്കെ ഇത് എത്രമാത്രം ബാധിക്കുന്നുണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവര്‍ ചിന്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ?

ഈ ജോലി ഹെഡ്മാസ്ററര്‍ക്കാണ് പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നതെങ്കിലും ഡിവിഷനുകള്‍ ശരിയാണോയെന്നു ഞങ്ങള്‍ അദ്ധ്യാപകരും പരിശോധിക്കേണ്ടേ? ശേഷിയില്ലാത്ത സെര്‍വറുകള്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഇത്തരം ജോലികള്‍ ചെയ്യിപ്പിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ മുന്നനുഭവങ്ങളെ ഒരു പാഠമാക്കി എടുക്കേണ്ടതായിരുന്നില്ലേ? എന്തിന് ഞങ്ങളെയെല്ലാം ഇങ്ങനെ പരീക്ഷിക്കണം? അദ്ധ്യാപകസംഘടനകള്‍ക്ക് ഒന്ന് ഇടപെട്ടു കൂടേ? ഒരു പ്രസ്താവനയെങ്കിലും ഇതിനെതിരേ കണ്ടാല്‍ വരണ്ടുകിടക്കുന്ന ഭൂമിയില്‍ ചാറ്റല്‍മഴ പെയ്ത ഒരു പ്രതീതിയായിരിക്കും. അത് ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് കുളിര്‍മയും ആശ്വാസവും നല്‍കും.

ReplyDeleteNammude IT experts ennanavo paadam padikkuga? They should aware of the strength of our facility and the load expected before making a plan. A small advice from a poor person: Why don't you try offline software for this purpose? After making all the entries the data can be synchronized to the server. Offline software with required data can be downloaded easily. Please advice them to try this.

ReplyDeleteUID / EID കണ്‍ഫ്യൂഷനെക്കുറിച്ച് . വിദ്യാര്‍ഥിക്ക് UID ഉണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ അത് എന്റര്‍ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് സമ്പൂര്‍ണ്ണ സൈറ്റിലാണ്.EID ആണെങ്കില്‍ അത് ഇപ്പോള്‍ പറഞ്ഞ 6 th Workingday സൈറ്റിലും. കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം UID സൈറ്റില്‍ എന്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത EID ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ സൈറ്റിലേക്ക് മെര്‍ജ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നാണ് അറിയാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞത്. അങ്ങനെ വരികയാണെങ്കില്‍ ബാക്കി വരുന്ന കുട്ടികളുടേത് എന്റര്‍ ചെയ്താല്‍ മതിയാകും. ഇവ രണ്ടുമില്ലെങ്കില്‍ എന്തു ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് സൈറ്റിലെ സത്യപ്രസ്താവനയില്‍ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുമുണ്ട്.( ഇവയ്ക്കെല്ലാം സൈറ്റൊന്ന് തുറന്ന് കിട്ടണം )

ReplyDeleteനമുക്കൊരു പണിയും തന്നു നമ്മുടെ ഐ ടി സ്കൂൾ സാറന്മാരൊക്കെ വീട്ടിൽ പോയി കിടന്നുറക്കമായി കാണും..ഇന്നലെ രാത്രി വരെ എല്ലാ ഡിവിഷനും കുട്ടികളുടെ എണ്ണവും ഒക്കെ റെഡിയായിരുന്നു.ഇന്നു 3 മണിക്ക് ശേഷം നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ എല്ലാം പോയി....Sync ചെയ്താൽ ശരിയാകുമെന്നു കേൾക്കുന്നു..അതിനു ആ sync ബട്ടൻ കാണുന്നുമില്ല....എന്തൊരു പരീക്ഷണം??????

The sixth working day report is verified by AEO/DEO and I can see the verification made by them in the site. The verification is also found tallying with the data submitted by me too.I just cannot understand the purpose of all these fuss. Every time when entering the site same message "504 Gateway Time-out and A Database Error Occurred Unable to connect to your database server using the provided settings.

ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ സംവിധാനത്തില്‍, പ്രോഗ്രാമിങ്ങില്‍ ഒരു വന്‍ അബദ്ധം സംഭവിച്ചതായി മനസ്സിലാകുന്നു. ഡിവിഷന്‍വൈസ് കുട്ടികളെയെടുക്കുമ്പോള്‍, തെറ്റാനുള്ള കാരണവും മറ്റൊന്നല്ല. Class on Div. എന്ന ഫീല്‍ഡാണ് തെറ്റി എടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്.

ReplyDeleteഎന്റെ ക്ലാസ്സിലെ ചില കുട്ടികളെ ഇ ഐ ഡി ഉപയോഗിച്ച ചേര്‍ക്കാന്‍ നോക്കിയപ്പോള്‍ ആ കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് പകരം യു ഐ ഡി ഉള്ള കുട്ടികള്‍ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു എന്തു ചെയ്യും സാറമ്മാരെ
ഇന്നലെ പകൽ മുഴുവൻ ഞാൻ internet cafe ൽ ആയിരുന്നു.(bsnl ഇതുവരെ സ്കൂളിൽ നെറ്റ് connection തരാൻ തയ്യാറായിട്ടില്ല). എന്റെ മൂന്നാം ക്ലാസ്സുകാർ ഇന്നലെയും പഠിച്ചില്ല.

ReplyDeleteI enter data from my home internet. HM is not familiar with computers. My school is deep inside a forest. Today is the last date for data entry. Should I waste a day sitting at my home staring at the erring website?
I am not able to select the division for STD-1.
My students will lose a valuable working day if I do not go.
My tribal students spent around 250 rupees to get their EID. Why govt is not aware of such remote areas? It is a disgrace to govt schools.

ReplyDeleteClass wise List is correct But Division wise list is wrong.
ie, some students in Sampoorna Software is in 9E, But the students in
Sixth Working Day software is in 9B.
I Checked this with many students in both the softwares and found the
following fault in Sixth working Day Software.
IN SIXTH WORKING DAY SOFTWARE, THE STD SELECTED FOR SORTING IS CURRENT
STD, BUT THE DIVISION SELECTED FOR SORTING IS "DIVISION ON ADMISSION"
ie, if a student admitted in a high school in std8 and division E in
the last year, and in this year he is studying in 9A, in Sixth working
day software, he is appearing in std 9 but in division E(which is the
division on admission).
You can see this clearly that in case of some students in std 9, the
division appeared as 8b or some blank.(this is the entry of "Division
on admission" in Sampoorna Software)
So pls check this for your schools.

ReplyDeleteഅതായത് Current Detailsലെ ഡിവിഷന്‍ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതിനു പകരം കുട്ടിയെ അഡ്മിറ്റ് ചെയ്ത കാലത്ത് അവന്‍ ഏതു ഡിവിഷനിലാണോ ഉള്ളത്, ഏതു ക്ലാസിലേക്ക് ജയിച്ചാലും അതേ ഡിവിഷനില്‍ തന്നെയായിരിക്കും അവന്‍ ഇപ്പോഴും ഉള്ളത്.

EID enter ചെയ്ത് പ്രിന്റൗട്ട് എടുക്കുന്ന ജോലി 2014 ജൂലൈ 8,9,10 തീയതികളിലായി താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന ക്രമപ്രകാരം തന്നെ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കണം എന്നാണല്ലോ ഇതില്‍ വല്ല മാറ്റവും വന്നിട്ടുണ്ടോ ഇന്ന് ഇത് നടക്കും ഏന്നു തോന്നുന്നില്ല

ReplyDeleteഇന്നും ഒന്നും ലഭിച്ചില്ല. (Data base error അല്ലാതെ). ഒരു കാര്യം തീരുമാനിച്ചു. DEO ഓഫീസില്‍ നിന്ന് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ലഭിച്ചില്ല എന്നു സ്ക്കൂളില്‍ വിളിച്ച് പറയുമ്പോള്‍ (ആ ഘട്ടം വരെ ഈ സ്ഥിതി തുടര്‍ന്നാല്‍) വളരെ സന്തോഷത്തോടെ Sampoorna യുടെ User nameഉം Password ഉം തിരിച്ച് ഉത്തരമായി നല്കം. ഒപ്പിടണ്ടവരെയെല്ലാം കൂട്ടി ആഘോഷമായി DEO ഓഫീസില്‍ ഒപ്പിട്ടു കൊടുക്കാം . അതു വരെ ഈ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് തിരയല്‍ നിര്‍ത്തി .ക്ഷമയ്ക്കും ഒരു പരിധിയുണ്ടല്ലോ?

ഐ ടി @ സ്കൂൾ ചെയ്യുന്ന മിക്ക കാര്യങ്ങളും വർഷങ്ങളായി ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നെയല്ലേ? ധ്ര്യുതി പിടിച്ച് ഉത്തരവിറക്കുകയും പിന്നീട് ലെവന്ത് അവറിൽ അത് മാറ്റുകയും. ഇതറിയാവുന്നവർ “പാലം കുലുങ്ങിയാലും കേളൻ കുലുങ്ങില്ല” എന്ന മട്ടിൽ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ മിനക്കെട്ടില്ല. കുറെ പൊട്ടന്മാർ ഉറക്കമിളച്ച് മൌസ് ഞെക്കിക്കളിച്ചു...അടുത്ത കൊല്ലവും ഇത് ആവർത്തിക്കും..നമ്മൾ “അരണകൾ” ഇതെല്ലാം മറന്ന് വീണ്ടും കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറിനു മുമ്പിൽ തപസ്സിരിക്കും.

സമ്പൂര്‍ണ ടി സി വഴി അഡ്മിറ്റ് ചെയ്ത കുട്ടികളുടെ date of admission പഴയ സ്കുളില്‍ ചേര്‍ന്ന ദിവസമാണ് വരുക. അതു മാറ്റിയില്ലെങ്കില്‍ belated admission കണ്ടെത്തുമ്പോള്‍ പ്രശ്നമാകും
